At one point we looked over and Heidi had found a friend. The mom of the other girl and I just laughed, apparently they have no problems making friends fast!
Hyrum was quite content staying on Paul's shoulders, even though he kept covering his eyes!
We had five of my brothers and sisters for a few days in July. We went to the park, the zoo, fireworks, etc. They were so much fun. They all slept on the floor at our apartment and had no problems with that. They were so excited to be staying at "Paul and Gwello's House".
Fireworks were exciting. Heidi was upset that the colors of the fireworks didn't match... yes we are at the matching age. Hyrum was so thrilled, he kept yelling "WOW!" and was thoroughly entertained until the finale when he put his head down and fell asleep. We had to carry Heidi and Hyrum home. My boss was there and sent me with her stroller which was awesome because we put Hyrum in there and I pushed him up the hill, Paul carried Anna and Eric carrid Heidi. It was about a 20 minute walk back to our car. When we got there we drove home, the 10 minute drive home took an hour and 13 minutes. We were tired, but the kids slept great!
